Method
Submerge the zucchini rounds and sweet potato cubes in boiling water for three to five minutes until slightly softened but still firm to the touch. Immediately transfer the vegetables to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Attach to an aquarium vegetable clip or weigh them down near the bottom of the tank for your grazing fish to enjoy.
