Simply Petastic originals typically ship within 1-3 business days. Local maker and custom items may take longer — estimated processing is shown on each product.
Shipping Methods
Standard, expedited, and overnight options may be offered at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in checkout totals unless stated.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Local maker orders ship from the maker's location and may originate separately.
Delays
Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help trace it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages marked delivered but lost or stolen after delivery. We'll assist with carrier claims where possible.
