These terms govern your use of Simply Petastic, including our marketplace, care directory, and lead services.
Using Our Services
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform. You must be of legal age to enter contracts.
Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Marketplace
Simply Petastic sells its own branded products and hosts listings from independent local makers. Maker products are fulfilled by the maker; Simply Petastic facilitates the transaction and takes a commission. We are not a party to maker warranties beyond what's stated on each listing.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout via our payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Lead Subscriptions
Professional lead subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Lead volume is approximate and not guaranteed.
Memberships
Petastic+ and other memberships renew automatically on your selected billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account; benefits continue through the end of the paid period. Pricing and benefits may change with notice.
Custom Apparel
Custom requests are matched to makers at our discretion. Final pricing, timeline, and design are confirmed between you and the maker; Simply Petastic facilitates the match.
Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and Simply Petastic originals are our property or used with permission. Don't copy, scrape, or misuse our content or trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Petastic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding your transaction with us.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted.
