Gut-Loaded Crickets with Vitamin Dusting

Place the live feeder insects in a well-ventilated plastic container. Add the gut-loading diet, fresh sweet potato slices, and water crystals to the container, allowing the insects to feed for 24 to 48 hours prior to reptile feeding time. Once the insects are properly gut-loaded, transfer the required number for one meal into a small plastic bag or shaker cup. Add the pinch of multivitamin and calcium powder to the bag. Shake gently until the insects are evenly coated in the supplement dust. Immediately feed the dusted insects to your reptile using feeding tongs or by placing them directly into the enclosure.
